The camera setting was f25 0.5 shutter speed (iso 100). The complete overcast allowed for a longer shutter speed and the dramatic effect. On days I see overcast I just grab a camera and seek out a good long exposure shot, that is either ethereal or dramatic (the former is really what I try and get).
